We listen, act, and transform
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by their own minds. On the outside, things may look like they’re mostly together—but internally you might be dealing with constant overthinking, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or the frustration of ADHD challenges that make everyday life harder than it seems like it should be.
You may find yourself stuck in the same patterns in relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling exhausted from trying to keep up with everything life demands.
In therapy, my goal is to help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop practical tools so that anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or ADHD don’t run your life. Together we work toward greater clarity, healthier patterns, and a life that feels more manageable.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, intrusive thoughts, and life transitions. For clients who wish, faith and personal values can also be thoughtfully integrated into therapy as a source of meaning and support.
I also provide adult ADHD evaluations for those who want greater clarity about long-standing challenges with focus, organization, and overwhelm. I offer multiple packages to best fit your needs and budget. The evaluation process includes a structured interview, rating scales, targeted treatment recommendations, and a written report (written report in the comprehensive package only).
